Professor Geoff Scott is a proud Wiradjuri man from Narromine in NSW, currently the Executive officer of the Referendum Council. With more than thirty years’ experience in Aboriginal affairs and the public service plus ten years’ experience in community organisations and business Geoff has a strong voice in the community both personally and professionally. Professor Scott has had some distinguished positions including CEO of Darkinjung Local Aboriginal Land Council which includes oversight of the statutory investment fund, Director General, NSW Department of Aboriginal Affairs, and Deputy CEO Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission.
